This laser-cut basswood kit replicates the classic yard office. Typically a small, one-story office structure located at one or both ends of a rail yard, the yard house serves as a temporary shelter/lounge for the yard workers while waiting for their next assignment. Prior to the transition era, many were constructed of wood. Includes illustrated instructions. Assembly required. Paint and glue sold separately.
