This spring-loaded tool is excellent for creating a dimple in wood, plastic and metal to keep your drill bit from wandering. Also used for starting wood screws, marking, perforating, embossing, simulating rivets and countersinking miniature nails. Just press the point against surface and the self-contained hammer mechanism automatically releases.
