Baby Cotton Natural
The thought behind BABY COTTON NATURALLY COLORED is, as the name says, to use cotton fibers in the colours that can be grown naturally, and not dyed. Cotton occurs naturally in three different shades – green, ivory and brown – grown from seed varieties neglected for decades due to intensive production und the demand for ecru cotton. The high quality yarn produced as a result represents a saving in water consumption of up to 90 %, compared to conventional cotton. Because the colour is as grown, and not dyed, the yarn is exposed to fewer chemicals that could potentially irritate the skin, which makes the this yarn particularly good for babies and people with sensitive skin – but not only for them, of course.
